New Spirit Farm in western Lake Worth, Florida is "the farm in the city" whose funding provides for the care of the horses used to teach children and adults at Coral Reef Riding Academy. Equestrian activities provide emotional growth and have been proven to help children and adults to feel and function better emotionally and physically. Working with horses builds self confidence, social skills and promotes exploration of behaviors. Horses teach children and adults to understand their feelings and help define healthy relationships without the perceived fear of rejection. horses teach us to live in the present, embrace simplicity and embody fun.

Currently, we operate Coral Reef Riding Academy activity on weekends and evenings. We want to help children to experience "the farm in the city". Also, since Hurricane Wilma, we have rescued two horses and placed five other horses into good caring homes.pg
